Frequently Asked Questions
We have answered some of the most common questions which are asked by our prospective and current customers. If you have additional questions feel free to Contact Us and one of our sales reps will be happy to assist.
-
Will the images peel or fade off of the surfaces of the chip?
No. Warrior Chip’s manufacturing process permanently infuses the ink into the subsurface of the chip which prevents fading, peeling and scratching. The image is NOT a sticker or label commonly associated with plastic chips. -
What is “Face Alignment” or “Vertical Alignment”?
Warrior Chip™ aligns the front and back images of the chip on the vertical axis. This means the images will face the same direction when flipped over, similar to a metal challenge coin. We are the only company that includes this feature on a Ceramic Challenge Chip™. The 1.5″ poker chip does not include this feature but is available for an additional charge. -
What material is the Warrior Chip™ made of and will it break?
Warrior Chip™ is made from a proprietary ceramic polymer composite that is injected at high pressures and temperatures into a custom mold owned exclusively by Warrior Chip™. This process creates a chip that is extremely rigid and can withstand dropping, handling and the infamous “coin checks”. -
Is the design on the edge or side of the chip included?
Warrior Chip™ allows you to fully customize the edge of the chip with any colors and text you desire. In certain instances, alignment options of the edge relative to the faces are available depending on the type of chip you decide to purchase. -
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There are several different chip shapes and sizes; therefore the minimum quantity is determined by several factors. Please Contact Us and a sales representative will be happy to answer this question based upon the scope of your project. -
Are there set-up and/or die casting (mold) fees similar to metal challenge coins?
No. Warrior Chip™ doesn’t have set-up costs or mold fees commonly associated with the purchase of metal challenge coins.
